The humble petition of Widdow Smith
inhabitant St Andrews Parish Holborne
that your Worships will be pleased to take [..]
into your consideration ye under written matter viz
That unfortunately takeing a child to nurse, the sara Early< no role >
daughter of John Early< no role > Glover , of the said Parish
he being gon from his habitation & the Mother
being dead the child lyes wholly upon the charge
of their abovesaid Widdow, therefore she humbly
intreats your Worships to consider her circumstance
haveing a child of her own & nobody to take
care of it but herself she therefore, with sub-
mission to your Worships better Judgement
presumes the Parish better able to maintain this
than her self
