The humble Peticon of Miles Lee of the Parish of St Giles
without Cripplegate in the County aforesaid Glove colourer

Sheweth


That your Peticoner is assessed One penny per Weeke to the Poors
Book of the said Parish which according to the number of Quarters comes
to about twenty shillings per Ann. and your Peticoner haveing
a Sick Wife which hath layce Long upon his hands by which yor
Peticoner is much impoverished and is in Soe poor a condition that he
is not able to pay the said Rote: Therefore most humbly prays
to be releived in the premises by this Honble: Court, by such ways &
means as yor Worpps: in yor. grave wisdoms Shall see meete

And your Peticonr as in Duty bound
Shall ever pray Etc
