Be it remembered that Thomas Eglington< no role >
appointed an Office of Excise, hath this day
appeared before as David Wilmot< no role > and James
Penleaze< no role > Esquires two of his Majestys Justices of the
Peace in and for the County of Middlesex , and took the
Oaths of Allegiance and Supremacy to gether with the
Oath appointed to be taken by Offices of the Excise
Given under our hands this 18th. day of August in the
Year of our Lord 1778.
