issued which he superseeded by entring
into the Recognizance in Question,
before Sr. J. Fielding to pecad and try
last Session, but Deft not going Notice
Prosecutrix moved the Court to estreat
his Recognizance when Deft obtained
a Respit to this Session upon
paymt. of 30s. Costs to prosecutrix

Notice of Trial for this Session
