in and for the said County by Adjournment at
Hicks's Hall
in Saint John Street
in the said
County on Thursday the 22d. day of October 1778.
Please to take Notice That the Trustees of the Turnpike
Roads leading to Highgate Gate House
and Hampstead
and also John Evans< no role >
their Lessee in the said Petition respectively
mentioned Intend to move his Majestys Court of Kings
Bench at Westminster
on Thursday next (being the Nineteenth
day of November Instant) or as soon after as Councel can
be head That a Writ of Certiorari may be Granted to
remove into that Court a certain Order made by you and
others therein named his Majestys Justices of the Peace
in and for the said County of Middlesex
at the said General
Quarter Sessions of the Peace holden by Adjournment on
the said Twenty Second day of October that at the place
aforesaid Whereby It was Ordered that the Sheriff of the
said County of Middlesex
should forthwith remove the
Gate or Turnpike at the End of Grays Inn Lane
in the
said Order mentioned Dated 12th. November 1778.
