To the Worshipful his Majesty's Justices of the
Peace for the County of Middlesex at their General
Session of the Peace assembled

The humble Petition of the Churchwarden
and Overseers of the poor of the parish of Saint
James Westminster in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth

That [..] by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order
of Removal under the Hands and Seals of I Girdler and
Philip Dyot< no role > Esquires two of his Majesty's Justices of the
Peace for the County of Middlesex bearing Date the
Seventeenth Day of November last Hannah Reed< no role > Single-
Woman was removed and conveyed from the Parish of,
Saint Andrew Holborn above the Bars to the said Parish
of Saint James Westminster as the Place of her last
legal Settlement whereby your Petitioners conceived
themselves aggrieved

Your Petitioners therefore humbly as
appeal to this Court request the adjudication
of the said two Justices and their said or
Order and pray that your Worships will
Please to appoint some Day in this present
Session for the Hearing and determining
of this Appeal And to order that the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of St. Andrew Holborn
above the Bars and all Persons [..]
concerned do then attend this Court
