County of Middlesex (one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date the third day of
December Just. Ann Jones< no role > [..] John Jones< no role > who hath deserted and lefther was
Removed and Conveyed at fro [..] out of the Parish of Saint Mary White Chapel assd.
to the said Parish of Saint [..] Clave as the Place of the last legal
Settlement of the said [..] nes.

The Examination Pauper taken on Oath previous to the Removal
States that about Eleven [..] as are she was Lawfully married to her husband
John Jones< no role > at the [..] Christ Church in the County of Surrey
That Paupers said Ha [..] unted a House of [..] Nine pounds by the Year
in Hugging Lane in the Parish of Saint Nicholas Olave in the City of
London and that the [..] said Husband loved in the said House
upwards of five Yea [..] g which time her said Husband was Assessed
to and paid the La [..] and that he quitted the said House abt.
four Months ago and [..] ce he quitted the same he never did
any Act whereby to [..] Subsequent legal Settlement to the best
of her knowledge and belief & that he left her abt 3 Mos. ago
