The Humble Petition and Appeal of
the Churchwardens and Overseers of the peace
of the parish of Saint Mary White Chapel
in the said County
Sheweth
That by Virtue of a pass Warrant or
Order under the hands and Seals of John Walford< no role >
and
Coker Esquires
two of His Majestys Justices
of the peace
in and for the said County (one whereof
being of the Quorum) bearing date the fourteenth
day of October Inst. John Kirk Elizabeth< no role >
his
Wife and their her Children namely Sarah< no role >
Aged
about ten Years and Hannah< no role >
Aged about three years
were Removed and [..] Conceyed from and out of the
parish of Saint Luke
in the said County to the said
Parish of Saint Mary White Chapel
as the peace of
the last legal Settlement of the said John Kirk< no role >
his
said Wife and two Children whereby Yours petitioners
conceive themselves to be agrieved.
Your Petitioners therefore humbly
appeal to this Court against the
Adjudication and Order of the
said two Justices and pray your
Worship is will appoint a Day
