Church wardnes and Overseers of the Poor of

and fid the County of Middlesex one whereof being of the

the County of Middlesex to the Parsih Saint George
Hanover Square within the Liberty of Westminster in [..]

where your Petitioner [..] monts besides aggrived and
humbly Appeal to this Count against the same

Your Victumens [..] therefore humbly pray that
your Westmr will release to ar she has Ben of
of the said Appeal may be samed unto then and this
the hearing and determination hereof be Adjourned unto
the news general Sessions of this Peace to be holden for
the said County said that all Persons concerned and be [..]
