Justices of the Peace
for the said
County
Who being upon Oath say and first this Informant
Mary Hart< no role >
for her so Saith that this day she was
in company with the other Informant Deborah Time
at the three brome in Drury Land
in the Parish of
Saint Giles in the fields
and they had Liquor to the
account of four Shillings and she gave are the Land lard
city the person now present who calls himself Joseph
Simpson< no role >
a Guinea who retained her half a Guinea in Gold &
Six Shillings and Six pence in Silver soon after this
Informant gave him the half Guinea and he gave her
Silver first and saith that the Nine false and
Counter first Shilling new produced were taken by her from
the said Joseph Simpson< no role >
as good and lawful Money
and Saith that shewent to the Shop of the other Information
George Buatin as he Shoemaker
& brought a Pair of
Shoes & paid his those Shillings being three of the said & one Shillings and when she got out of the Ship upon during
the Shoes from they went shift fit her upon which her
went beck to the Shop and askedforher 12 change the ShoesMarybut the
said Gense Bustia Stopped her & said the Silver she
had given him was bad he detained her and seat for a
Constable
And this Informant Deborah Finn for herself saith
that she was in Company with the other Informant
