Mr. Martins Respectful Compliments to St George Bolder< no role >
is Sorry to Trouble him on this Business being very
Disagreeable to him, but this a mistake (one,
Thomas Burgess< no role > (who was Bail for Christian Page< no role > and
Sarah Plowman< no role > on the 20th. day of June 1778. before
him and was Bound over to Hicks Hall Sessions
misunderstood the Warrant, and it was Backed
to appear at the Westminster Sessions, being
the Time of Changing the Sessions it occasioned
the Mistake Mr. Burgess therefore attended
at the Westminster Sessions, having the Warrant
in his Possession, in order to with draw the
Recognizances, but he was Bound order to appear
at Hicks Hall , and being a Person in Law
Circumstances and having a Large Family
to maintain hope you will be Pleased
to take his Case into Consideration, and
not Impute it to Disrespect but to want
of better Understanding
