You were bound to appear and pros James Molloy< no role > in
October Session last at HICKS-HALL , in Saint John-Street , but not
appearing, your Recognizance is become forfeited; and
will be Estreated into the Court of Exchequer , from whence
[..] for the levying forty
Pounds on you Goods and Chattels; unless Care be taken
to stop Proceedings, by an Application for a Respite at the
next Session, which will begin at HICKS-HALL aforesaid
on the 19th Day of October Instant.

Be there about Three o' Clock;
and bring this Letter with you.}
