Sir
Last Session (by mistake) I returned a Recognizance
to you which should have gone to Guildhall Westmr.
where the Indictment is. The Recognizance was
entered into upon the Defendant being apprehended
upon the inclosed Warrant which I have sent
for your perusal and that you may be fully satisfied.
I beg therefore that you will deliver it to
the Bearer that I may send it to Mr. Carleton.

The Recog is-John Coggins< no role > indicted by Colonel
Burgoyne for an Assault. I am
