of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and for the said County, by
John Gardner< no role > Head borough
and charged before me the said Justiceupon the
Oath of with being an able bodied idle and
disorderly Person who cannot upon his Examination
prove himself to exercise and in dis [..] ly follow
some lawful Trade Etc. And for further Examination
before the Commissioner Etc. tomorrow at 10 o'Clock
him
safely keep in your Custody,
or until he shall be thence discharged by due Course of Law,
and for so doing this shall be your sufficient Warrant. Given under
