Middlesex Marriner maketh Oath and Saith that he this Deponent
did on the 11th. day of July Instant see the within named Samuel
Thomas< no role > Sign Seal and Deliver the General Release Contained on the
other side hereof And this Deponent further saith that the Name
of Samuel Thomas< no role > set and Subscribed opposite to the Seal affixed
to the said General Release is the proper hand Writing of the Said
Samuel Thomas< no role > And that the Name of John Galloway< no role > thereto set
as a Subscribing Witness to the said General Release is the proper
hand Writing of this Deponent.
