Ex Entd.

Mr. Wright was convicted for not
having his Name and Place of abode
painted in large legible Letters on his
Cart and gave Notice of Appeal and
entered into Recognizance to prosecute
the Appeal with Effect Etc since [..]
the Matter hath been compromize
therefore please to consent to the
Discharge of Mr. Wright's Recognizance on
behalf of Mr. Sherwood.
