aforesaid Yeoman for assaulting of her which
said Bills was found by the Grand Jury to be a True Bill and a Bensh Warrant
has been Issued against him upon the said Indictment No is It is hereby agreed upon

that the Matter of the said
Indictment May be accomodated in naver and upon the Conditions following
