Week ago the Annexed Summors was as he believes
left at this Deponents. House in Grays Inn Lane
aforesaid That he according Attended here on Tuesday last
but finding the Doors of the Hall Shutt & no
According & having not brought the Summons
with him He apprehended he was mustaken
in the Day & went home But did not go away
to avoid doing his Duty as a Suryman here
but Meerely from the above Mistake
