maketh Oath that on Saturday last he wrote to
Mr. Robt. Hurst< no role > in the City of Bristol where
this Deponent believes the sd. Robt. Hurst then
was desiring him to remit to this Deponent so
much Money as would be necessary to discharge
the Cost of Appeal adjudged to yt. Parish of St.
Giles in Field in the County of Middlesex and
for other Charge which the sd. Parish has
already sustained in the lying in of Sarah
Thompson< no role > Singlewoman and her Bastard
Child adjudged to be begotten by the sd: Robt;
Hurst- but this Deponent hath not yet
received any Answer to his sd Letter fourths
Lareties have a [..] ady entred into a Bond to yr sd Parish
