I shall be glad to know if a person is Arrested at the [..]
of a Parish by a Writ out of the Courts of Kings Bench or
Common pleas and is in prison for want of Bail whether he
cannot petition the Quarter Session four Support during the
time he is in prison and by what Statute and what method
must be used whether by Petition or how else or must Notice
be given
