Mr. Box presents his Compliments to Mr: Eyles and will be very
obliged if he will inform him by a Line or P Bearer, whether he
knows or has heard of any Instance of a Tallow Chandler being
indicted for using a Melting House in the Liberty of Westminster or
parts adjacent, which annexed by the smell, the adjourning Inhabitants,
or whether he is of Opinion an Indictment will lie for such
Annoyance
