date on the Sixteenth day of January now last past

Aged about Fifty years the Widow of
Edward Bewell< no role >
a Coachman
who died Ten or Eleven years ago was removed from the Parish of
Saint George Hanover Square
in the Liberty of Westminster
in the
County of Middlesex
aforesaid to the Parish of Saint Faith under Saint
Paul's

aforesaid as the place of her last legal
Settlement.
That your Petitioners conceive themselves
Aggrieved by the said Order of the said Two Justices and therefore
humbly Appeal to this Honorable Court Against the same
And pray that this Honorable Court
will please to appoint a day for the
hearing and determining the said
Appeal and to make such Order therein
as may be just
