To the Worshipful his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the
County of Middlesex at their General Session of the Peace
Assembled

The Humble Petition of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
Saint Faith under Saint Pauls in the
City of London

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order of [..]
under the Hands and Seals of William Rugge< no role > and Charles Marsh< no role >
Esquires Two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the City and
Liberties of Westminster (one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing
date on the Sixteenth day of January now last past Elizabeth Bewell< no role >
Aged about Fifty years the Widow of Edward Bewell< no role > a Coachman
who died Ten or Eleven years ago was removed from the Parish of
Saint George Hanover Square in the Liberty of Westminster in the
County of Middlesex aforesaid to the Parish of Saint Faith under Saint
Paul's [..] City of London aforesaid as the place of her last legal
Settlement.

That your Petitioners conceive themselves
Aggrieved by the said Order of the said Two Justices and therefore
humbly Appeal to this Honorable Court Against the same

And pray that this Honorable Court
will please to appoint a day for the
hearing and determining the said
Appeal and to make such Order therein
as may be just
