of Drury Lane in the parish of St. Giles in the Fields , in the
County of Middlesex Man Midwife Etc

have Remised Released and for ever quitt claymed and by these presents
do Remise Release and for ever quitt clayme unto Thomas Sharpe< no role > [..]
of Drury Lane of the Parish of St. Giles's in the Fields
in the County of Middlesex Cook, but now of the
Parish of St. Pancrass in the Sd. County of Middlesex
aforesaid
hisHeirs Executors and Administrators all and all
manner of Action and Actions Cause of Action Indictments Suits Bills
Bonds Writing Obligatory Debts Dues Duties Accompts Sum and
Sums of Money Judgements Executions Extents Quarrells Controversies
Trespasses Damages and Demands whatsoever both in Law and Equity
or otherwise howsoever which against the said Thomas Sharpe

Ever had and which I or myHeirs
Executors or Administrators shall or may hereafter have claim challenge
or demand for or by reason or means of any Matter Cause or Thing
Whatsoever from the beginning of the World unto the day of the date of these
presents In Witness whereof I have hereunto sett my Hand and Seal
the EleventhDay of December in the Eighteenth year
of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Third
by the Grace of God of Great Britain France and Ireland King
Defender of the Faith and in the Year of Our Lord Our Thousand Seven Hundred
