It appears to this Commee from the
informantion given by Mr. Campbell to this
[..] that before the late act took place
Mr. Campbell received the sum of five pounds
from government for the transportation of
way flow sentenced to Transr out of which sum he [..] paid
a fee of 6/2 to the Clk of the arrayn's Etc
for the order of transportation of Each convict
and 14./10 to the [..] if Newgate
sometime afteruponthe act's taking plan
as a fee demd by him. & that Mr.
Campbell contracted with the treasury for
the employmt. of the convict sentenced to
hard Labour on the river thames under
the said act And that on his [..]
