Edward Hall< no role > begs leave to Inform the Court that many of the Convicts
are barefoot and in great want of Cloathing and that as soon as for has
received the profits of their Labourif agreeable to the Court he would
apply it relieve the immediate necessities in that respect and return to the
Court an Account of the same
