and Apothecary to New Prison having been presented to

referred to the Prison Committee in order that the said Commee
may enquire into the allegations contained in the said
Petition and if they an found to be just and true to
Consider what [..] addition [..] on old to be made to the Sallary of the said Thomas Gibbes< no role > and reports their opinion there of.
