Octr: Session 1777 Drar. Orders County day

The following Report of the Committee appointed to carry into
immediate and effectual Execution the Repair of New Prison
and Clerkenwell Bridewell being before this Court and the
same being read vizt.

It is ordered that the said Report bemade these and is hereby
confirmed and the said Report of the said Committee is here by
in every thing ratified and Confirmed accordingly
and it is further ord [..] that the said Committee do proceed
under the References to them made[have a share after this order]

The following Report of the Committee appointed to audit
the Accounts of the Treasurer of this County in that their
[..] 3/4th. of the last Rate raised
upon the County has been expended and that it is
necessary another Rate should but made. It is orderd
That Etc (to be formed from the Rate)

Amotion was made thatthese as the following and on
ResolutionWhereas Etc (take in Mr. Croftsmotion
and the same being carried unmaniously
in the affirmative. It was moved that the said
Resolution be a standing order oftheCourt
which was also agreed Etc anamaniously
