Concern.

The humble Petition
of Thomas Waters< no role > , Smith Eastsmithfield in the Parish of
St. Botolph Aldgate ; Concerning the prosecution of Daniel Empson< no role >
in July Sessions last held at Guildhall in King Street Westminster . And Whereas
your Petitioner was wrong informed concerning the Commencement
of the said Sessions where by Recognizance is become for feited and
am liable to be Estreated in the Court of Exchequer for levying
Twenty Pounds on my Goods and Chattels

And your Petitioner being very
Poor and not able to pay such a sum, being not worth Five Pounds
in any wise so ever Humbly desireth that he may be
permitted to with draw his Recognizance and your Petitioner
as in duty bound shall pray.
