Dear Sir
I have seen Mr. Hepworth since I Recd, your last Lr.
& he tells me it is Absolutely Necessary for us to have
the Release or Conveyance from Mr John Waine-
-wright< no role >
to Mrs. Mary Wainewright< no role >
his Sister,
& all other Releases or Papers which in the least
Affect any Part of the Estates of Mrs. Mary Wainewt< no role >
.
I therefore shall be much Oblig'd to you
to Pack up all the Deeds, Wills, Etc which
an in your Possession & send them to Mr. Hepworths
Agents Messrs. Atkinson & Allen, If upon Perusing
these old Papers we find that they are not of
any Consequence to us you May Depend upon
it I shall Return them to you again, but as
they Possibly May bad to something we want to
know Respecting some odd lands in our Feild it is
Necessary we shoud have them.

You'l be as good as send the Papers as soon as Possible
