Esq; recorder of the City of London of persons
sentenced by the Court of Casual Goal Delivery holden
for the County of Middlesex [..] in July.
September, October, & December [..] 1776 and January
and february 1777. [..] to hard Labour on the
River Thames and to hard Labour [..] the
House of Correction at Clerkenwell for each
of which Persons to sentenced as aforesaid

at the Old Bailey said Cl. of Goal Delivery
Claim the sum of six shillings & 2d. as a
fee usually paid further order of Transportn.
of every offr. convt . and adt. to be transported
being laid before this Court sd.

sentenced to Hard Labour on the River Thames for each
of which Persons Mr Deacon claims of Fee from the
County Treasurer of 6/2

Akerman keeper of Newgate and acquitted and
discharged at the General Sessions of Goal Delivery
of Newgate holden for the County of Middlesex at
the Old Bailey in the Mayorality of John Sawbridge< no role >
Esqr for each of which persons, mentioned in such
Certificate Mr Akerman Claims of the County a fee
due to him as Keeper of the said Goal of 18s-10d
