At the General Session of the Peace of our Lord
the King, Holden in and for the County of Middlesex
by adjournment, on Thursday the Twelfth day of
September in the fifteenth year of the Reign of our
Sovereign Lord George the Third King of Great
Britain Etc.

His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for this County in this
present session of the peace assembled do reelect Sir John Hawkins< no role >
Knight Chairman of the General and General
Quarter Session of the Peace for this County for
and during the Half year now next insuing.

The Clock of the Peace informed the Court that Abraham
Barley
< no role > Esq : one of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for this County had desired him to communicate
to the session that Government had disposed of
Ely House in Holborn to a Mr Cole [..] and
that Mr. Cole was willing to let [..] Justices
have a sufft. past of the ground where on to erect a
Session house where upon it was moved and
seconded a resolved that the [..] & committed appointed
on the day of Decemr. last to enquire after
a proper peace of ground where on to erect
a session house for this county do meet at
Hicks Hall on [..] Thursday next the 19 day of Septr. Inst at 11 of
the Clock in the forenoon precisely; and that the
said Committed do particularly enquire after
the ground now in the Possession of Mr. Cole.
