for the County Middx appointed to<lb></lb>
oppose all attemps in Parliament that may affect the<lb></lb>
Interest of this County in the <rs type="placeName" id="LMSMPS50665_geo241">St. James's Haymarket</rs>

deprive the justices of their Controul which for the benefit<lb></lb>
of the public they have over the same and to give such<lb></lb>
Orders as may be necessary to enforce the laws relation<lb></lb>
thereto and to pursue the speediest and most effectu<lb></lb>
al methods to promote and cause the Interest of<lb></lb>
the County therein and also to repave so much of<lb></lb>
<rs type="placeName" id="LMSMPS50665_geo242">the Haymarket</rs>

within the jurisdiction of the justices as<lb></lb>
is described in the act of Parliament made in the 8th.<lb></lb>
and 9th. Years of the Reign of King William the third<lb></lb>
and contract with the requisite Workmen for the perform<lb></lb>
ance of the same and do all other matters and thing<lb></lb>
in the execution thereof as shall befit and necessary<lb></lb>

A motion was now made that this Court do agree<lb></lb>
with this Committee in this part of the Report and<lb></lb>

confirmed and the same is hereby ratifyed and confirmd<lb></lb>
accordingly.</p>
