The Chairman having represented that the Bill for remedying defects in the several Bills for paving Westmr. Etc.for in which was which
was [..] before the House of Commons by the Commrs andin which
was inserted a Clause that struck at the Interest of this County
in the Saint James's Haymarket had after much opposition
been withdrawn [..] from before the House of Commons In consey name of [..] order from the Comrs
of paving Westmr.whoIt was moved and seconded [..] That it is necessary forthwith to pave the St. James's Haymarket And the same being carried [..] in the [..] It [..] ordered that the
Committee appointed by an order made onof session do [..] on Thursday
next)at the General Qr. Session of the peace holden For this
County by adjt. on Thursdayday ofthe 12th Jany last to oppose all attempts
in parliament that may affect the Interest of this County in the St.
James's Haymt . or de [..] the Justices of them control which Etc
do meet at this place on Thursday next at eleven of the Clock in the forenoon
and that the said Committed do and they are hereby empowered [..] take the neccessary [..]
the so much of said Haymarket as is within the [..] of the Justices
[..] described [..] in the act of parliamt. of the 8th & of [..]
ofthe peace for and [..] & libty of Westr. this County&that they do contract with the [..] necessary
Workmen for the performance of the same and docarryall other matters & things [..]
in thethereto into [..] execution thereof as [..] and report to the next
shall be [..] Acuss any.
Genl. Qr. Sess to be holden for this Countyand that they
said Committed do [..] say this order and
their resolutions before his majesty's [..] Justices of the peace further
Cites & Libty of Westr. for than concurrence and further
that the said Commee do report their proceedings

of the next Session of the peace to be holden for
this County
