Parish of Saint Mary Newington in the County
of Surrey .

Sheweth

That by an order under the hands and Seals
of David Wilmot< no role > Esqr . and John Benleaze< no role > Esqr. Two of
his Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and for the County
of Middlesex bearing date the Fourth day of Aprill 1776
Elizabeth Loft< no role > widow of Thomas Loft< no role > and her Two
Children lawfull there (namely) Thomas< no role > Aged six
Years and upwards and Elizabeth< no role > aged Two Years
and upwards were Removed and Conveyed out of the
Parish of Saint Leonard Shoreditch in the paid County
of Middlesex into the Parish of Saint Mary Newington
in the County of Survey as the place of their last
legal Settlement

That Your Petitioners Conceive themselves
aggrieved by the said order and have appealed
there from
