Ordered that if any Fine shall be set at imposed by this
Court on any Person for non Attendance or their Contempt
of the Court the same shall not afterwads be remitted
ot lessoned upon any Motion for that purpose unless the
Majority of the Justices who Exposed [..] such Fine
shall be present and consenting to the had Motion

This Court having Observed that Mr. Benson who is
allowed to attend this Court for the Sheriff of this County
hath of late been very negligent inofhis Duty. It is ordered
that the Chairman do inform Mr Benson that this Court
do expect that he will give close Attendance on this
Court in such way as is the duty of the Sheriff of this
County to doWhereupon Mr. Benoon was called
in and the Chairman having acquainted himwith
the [..] sense of the Court Mr. Benson Expressed much
sorrow thathe should have given Cause for so heavy a
concerncharge and promised that the Court should have no
reason in future for Complaint of the like kind
