John Waters< no role > of the Liberty of Saint Katherine in
the County of Middlesex Gentleman maketh Oath,
that the did see the above named Joseph Pearson< no role > the
Prosecutor above named sign Seal and as his Act,
and Deed deliver the General Release wrote on the,
other side hereof and that the Name of the said
Joseph Pearson< no role > and the Names John Waters< no role > and
William Mackevoy< no role > appearing sett as Witnesses to
the Execution thereof are of the proper Hand Writing of
the said Prosecutor and this Deponent and the said
William Mackevay respectively
