Take Notice that I shall Appear at the next General Session
of the peace to be holden for the County to Middlesex at Hicks Hal in Saint
John Street in and for the said County on Monday the fourth day of December
next at Eight of the Clock in the forenoon of the same day then and there to
plead to and take my Tryal on an Indictment preferred by you against me
for an Assault Dated the 29th. day of November 1775.
