Seal and as his Act and Deed Deliver the Deed Pole hereto
annexed Purporting to be a General Release to the said John
Petty< no role > And this Deponent further Maketh Oath that the
Names Benedict Shield< no role > and John Newly< no role > Junr . Subscirbed as
Witnesses thereto are of the proper Hands Writing of the said
