Report of the Prison
Committee}


The report of the Prison Committee which was read and agreed
to in April Session last and which now stood for Confirmation
being read article by white and separate motions being made and put
there [..] It is ordered that the said Report be and the
same is hereby ratified confirmed in every which separately and [..]

for the relief of Prisoners charged with felony or other Crimes who
shall be acquitted on discharged by proclamation respecting the paymt.
