the liberty of Norton Falgat pursuant to an Act
of Parliament passed in the fourteenth Year
of his present Majesty's Reign Entituled An
Act for the farther and better regulation of
Buildings & Party Walls & for the more effectu
-ally preventing Mischiefs by Fire, within the
Cities of London & Westminster & the Liberties
thereof Etc

Do testify that I have surveyed a new
Building belonging to David Souter< no role > situated
in the Tabernacle walk in the Parish of St
Leonard Shoreditch in the County of Middlesex
& saith that the same is erected & built to the
best of my Judgement & belief agreeable to
the several regulations in the said Act contained
