MIDDLESEX .


AT the General Quarter Session of the Peace
of our Lord the king, holden in and for the County
of Middlesex , at Hicks. Hall in Saint John. Street
(by adjournment) on Thursday the Thirteenth
Day of Julyin th FifteenthYear of the
Reign of our Sovereign Lord GEORGE the Third, King of
Great Britain, etc

Whereas Thomas Michell< no role > Gentleman one of the High Constables of the
Hundred of Gore in this County hath exhibited his Petition setting
forth That he was sworn into the said office on the 14th. day of September
1772. and has executed the same to the best of his Knowledge and ability
that he [..] is near Sixty Years of age [..]
that he has and having had the misfortune to break his Leg sometime ago
has sun in them at certain [..] been the same on capable of executing any business
and praying in consideration of the [..] Cirumstances to be discharged
from the said office and [..] this Court bury
satisfied in the premiss [..]
Thomas and it appearing that under the proper Hands writing
of Will in Hall I Richard Copper< no role > & I Rudge Esquire
Justices of the peace for the County used my writing within the said
Hundred of Gore that Thomas Coomes< no role > [..] kingsbury in the said their
County gentleman County gentlemanis a proper person the serve the offlic
of Right Constable of the said This Court doth twenty appoint
the and Thomas Coomes< no role > of king bury within the Hands [..]
in the said County of Middlesex Gentleman take
one
of the High Constables of the Hundred of Gore in the
said County of Middlesex in the place and stead
of the said Thomas Richole and this Court doth order
that the said Thomas Coomes< no role > do forthwith on not in
peace of attend one of his Majesty's Justices of the peace
for the said County used my in or near the said Court
Hundred and take his (aproval Oath for the Lur [..] execution
