in this County hath exhibited his Petition setting
forth That he was sworn into the said office on the 14th. day of September
1772. and has executed the same to the best of his Knowledge and ability

that he has and having had the misfortune to break his Leg sometime ago
has sun in them at certain [..] been the same on capable of executing any business
and praying in consideration of the [..] Cirumstances to be discharged
