The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Church wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
parish of
Saint George
in the County of Middlesex
Sheweth
That by virtue of an order of removal under the Hands and
of

Esquire Two of his Majestys Justice
of the peace
in and for the County of Middlesex
aforesaid (and being of the Quorum) bearing

who was gone from her and her This Children Said

aged Nine Years or thereabouts and
Nancy< no role >
aged This Years of
thereabouts were rem and from the Parish of
saint Ann
of Wapping in the said
County of Middlesex
to the said parish of saint George and the said Two Last mentioned
Justices of the peace
in and by the said order of removal Adjudged the Last Legal sett Court
of the said Else Elverson and her said Two Children to be in the said parish of
saint George
That your Petitioners Asvised and belive the Last Legal Sett Court
of the said Else Elverson and her said Two Children is not in the said parish
of saint George
as by the said orders supposed and therefore they Consider themselves to be
Aggreised by the said ordered determination of the said Two Justices and Do Humbly
Appeal to your worships against the same
Your Petitioners as well on the part and Behalf of them at
and the other Inhabitant and Paristioners of the said parish of
saint george

parish of saint John of wapping
to the said parish of saint george
may be Quashed And that your Worships would be pleased to make
such further Order therein for the Reimbursing and paying your
