To the Worshipfull his Majesty Justices of the peace of the County of
Middlesex in General Session of the peace assembled I
The Humble Petition, and appeal, of the Churchwardens
and overseers of the poor of the parish of Hayes
in the said County of Middlesex

Sheweth


That By Vertue of an order or pass Warrant under the Hands and Seals
ofgirdler Esquire and John Cox< no role > Esquires Two of his
Majestys Justices of the peace for the said County of Middlesex
(one being of the Quorum) bearing date then seventeenth day
of april in the year of our Lord one thousand seven Hundred
and Seventy fives Ann Evans< no role > single woman was removed from and
out of the parish of Saint Andrew Holborn about the Barrs in then
said County of Middlesex to the parish of Hayes aforesaid aledging
the said parish of Hayes be the place of her last legal, Settlement

Your Petitioners think themselves agrieved by the
saint order or pass Warrant and Humbly appeals
against the same and pray your Worships to grant
them such Releife in the premisses as shall be
thought Just and Equitable and that the
Church wardens and overseers of the poor of the
said parish of Saint andrew Holborn above the
B [..] s may appear befores your Worships at a day to
be by you appointed to hour and abider then
Judgement and determination of your worships
touching this appeal

and your Petitioners shall Ever Paray Etc
