The Humble Petition, and appeal, of the Churchwardens
and overseers of the poor of the parish of Hayes
in the said County of Middlesex
Sheweth
That By Vertue of an order or pass Warrant under the Hands and Seals

for the said County of Middlesex
(one being of the Quorum) bearing date then seventeenth day
of april in the year of our Lord one thousand seven Hundred
and Seventy fives

was removed from and
out of the parish of
Saint Andrew Holborn about the Barrs
in then
said County of Middlesex
to the parish of Hayes
aforesaid aledging
the said parish of Hayes
be the place of her last legal, Settlement
Your Petitioners think themselves agrieved by the
saint order or pass Warrant and Humbly appeals
against the same and pray your Worships to grant
them such Releife in the premisses as shall be
thought Just and Equitable and that the
Church wardens and overseers of the poor of the
said parish of Saint andrew Holborn
