Resolved it is the opinion of the Commee that notwithstandg

Took into consideration the order of reference to this
Commee vizt.
Read the act of parliament of the 12 of the late king &
examined the several orders of Sessions respecting the presence from that
time.
Richard it is the opinion of this Committee that
notwithstanding the several Country rates made pursuant
to the said Act of Parliament an different in their
amount yet that the respective proportions on the
several parishes precints Liberties and plans in the
County of Middlesex
and City and Liberty of Westmr
