[..] all his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the County of
[..] al Session of the Peace at Hicks Hall in the Said County

The humble Petition and Appeal of the Church Wardens and
Overseers of the poor of the Parish of Saint Anne within the Liberty
of Westminster in the County aforesaid.

That by virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under the hands and
of George Mercer< no role > and James Hibbins< no role > Esquires two of his Majesty's
[..] Justices of the Peace acting in and the County of Middlesex [..] hereof being of the Quorum bearing
[..] the nineteenth Day of April last Hannah Hanbethal< no role > Wife of
Hanbethal ( who has deserted and left her) and their two Children
[..] ely William< no role > aged twelve years and Anne< no role > aged Eleven years
[..] removed and conveyed from the Parish of Saint Mary le bone
[..] said County to the Said Parish of Saint Anne as the Place of
[..] Settlement of the said Hannah Hanbethal and her
[..] whereby your Petitioners conceive themselves

Your Petitioners therefore humbly Appeal to this
Court against the adjudication of the said two Justices
and their said Order and pray that Your Worships
will please to appoint some day in this present
Session for the hearing and determining the said
appeal and to Order that the Church Wardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Saint Mary
le bone and all persons concerned do then attend
this Court.
