To the Worshipfull His Majestys Justices of the
Peace for the County of Middlesex in their General
Quarter Sessions Assembled at Hick's Hall in Saint
John Street in and for the said County of Middlesex .

Whereas William Jennings< no role > a Collar Maker at Kensington a
within the Division of Kensington in the County of Middlesex
having been Duly Appointed High Constable of the said Division
hath for the space of three Years and Upwards acted as High Constable
in and for the said Division being the usual or Customary time of
a High Constable continuing in his said Office And it being by the
Justices acting in and for the said Division thought proper that
some other Persons should be Appointed to serve the said Office in the
Room of the said William Jennings< no role > We therefore whose Names
are hereunto Subscribed Do hereby Recommend to your Worship
the following Persons both Resident within the said Division And
who are fit and proper Persons to Serve the said Office (Vizt)
