was then and there duly adjourned until Monday the nineteenth day of the same Month of October at the hour<lb></lb>
of nine in the forenoon to be holden at Hicks Hall in Saint <rs type="placeName" id="LMSMPS50652_geo370">John Street</rs>

abovementioned was from thence continued by several adjournments until Thursday the twenty second day of<lb></lb>
the same Month of October and the same General Quarter Session of the peace being holden by adjournment<lb></lb>
at Hicks Hall aforesaid on the said Thursday the twenty second day of October aforesaid before the Justices<lb></lb>
of our said Lord the King last abovenamed at the request of the said petitioners It was ordered by the<lb></lb>
Court that the Benefit of their said Appeal should be further saved unto them and that the hearing and determination<lb></lb>
thereof should be and the same were thereby in like manner as aforesaid further adjourned until the<lb></lb>
then next General Quarter Session of the Peace to be holden for the said County on Monday the fourteenth<lb></lb>
