The King agt William Gabrell< no role > arrested by the name of Gable on the
Prosecutor of John Booth< no role >

The Deft was indited in last Janry Sessions for an Assault that arose in
the Street about the Dustbusiness he being the Servant of Mrs Harrison
of Greys Inn Lane who by Contract deans the Streets for the Parish of St.
Andrew & St. George and there are a Set of People who without any
Contract at all take upon them the business of the Durs. & have
for some time fast quarrolled with the Regulars

Mrs. Harrison was induced for sometime to do fend her Servant
by the accounts given her from her other Servants Cuthavsever [..]
Deft and the prosecutor now have settled the matter Cetripen
themselves the prosecutor wanting nothg from the Deft and they
both will attend in Court for the purpose of setting and
ce dealing the recognizance and a total and to the business

The Recognizance was respited to the last Sessions
