These are to Certify the Worshipful his Majestys
of the peace for the County of Middlesex assembled
General Sessions of the peace holden in and for the
County at Hicks Hall in Saint John Street that
George Mr Kensie the Defendant in the Indictment
abovementioned do has caused the sow for keeping
feeding whereof he was and stands indicted from
out of the parish of Saint Bottolph without
the County aforesaid [..] to be removal
conveyedawayAnd that he does not at this Since the
feed any Hogs in or near his House or elsewhere no [..]
said parish whereby the Nuisance of which the said [..]
George Mr. Kensie is indicted is become
Dated this 5th. day of December 1774.
